FATHER DAUGHTER WORKSHOP

During this three hour workshop, individuals will be encouraged to tune into their own natural rhythm. Through Equine Facilitated Learning, we will engage with the horses, experiencing authenticity in connection. As we learn about being with the horses, individuals will be able to explore mindfulness, safe boundaries and insights leading to a sense of greater responsibility of self. No horsemanship experience necessary.

Utilizing yoga based exercises, we will practice interactive movements between father and daughter, inviting playfulness and light heartedness.
