In this workshop, we will explore:
The energy systems of the body: Learn about your energy systems. Just as you care for your physical body through diet, exercise, and wellness practices, learn the fundamentals for looking after your own energy.
Mindful techniques: Simple methods for cultivating presence and staying grounded in the moment.
Awareness of somatic sensations: Increase your trust in these often-overlooked senses and sensations.
Nonverbal communication: Recognize the power of what your body language uncovers about you.
Building the mind-heart connection: Develop a stronger bridge between mind and heart to experience greater emotional congruency, especially in challenging times.
Healthy boundaries: Understand the importance of setting boundaries that support your well-being.
Working with horses has deepened my self-understanding in ways that traditional self-development work hasn't. I’m thrilled to offer a safe, supportive space where we can practice these concepts together.
